Pathogenic microorganisms are usually caused by systematic passage of microorganisms, often causing a large number of bird deaths.

 

In the simultaneous function of microorganisms, the infection process becomes harder and it is difficult to treat them.

 

Microorganisms are rapidly taking into account the resistance to medicinal products, so the new search is ongoing. Today, veterinary firms are trying to establish and produce antibacterial effective drugs. In the article it is the result of the study of the effectiveness of this drug Sulphax.

 

Introduction: Maximum mechanization and automation of the production processes in high concentrations of high-quality (as well as mammals and larvae) (25000 and 40000 fracts broiler 35-45 days) enhances the development of many diseases and their acute in the conditions of artificial microclimate. In these conditions, the diseases caused by the pathogenic microorganisms are primarily distributed: Salmonolas, Escherichiosis, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Pasteurlos, Mycoplasmosis and others (1,2,3,4,7)

 

At the time of industrial poultry growth in Georgia (1981-1995), there was a leading spot among bacterial diseases, including Esherichio and Puloroz Tifs, Staphylococcus and Pasteurlos (1).

 

Many antibiotics, nitrofuran group, sulphanlamide and chemical drugs are used against bacterial diseases of birds and animals. The use of these drugs has been widespread in the use of resistant bacteria, which has deducted the medicinal properties of the preparations, and in addition to the frequent use of preparations in their products (meat and eggs) it is negative and affects the health and products of commodities , 6,8).

 

In recent years, searches are intended for the preparation of preparations that will have the best medicinal properties available to the user and will also be harmful for people.

 

With our proposal and promotion, LLC "Dispatch" started production of antibacterial drug Sulphax, 1 of which contains active substances: Oxytrecycline Hydrochloride -0,25 gr; Sulfatezal sodium (nausefluol sodium) - 0,25 g and also auxiliary: 0,18 g of starch and talc 0.02 g.

 

The goal of our research was to determine the effectiveness and effectiveness of Sulphax prescribing salmonolas, escherichiosis, staphylococci and streptococcus.

 

Research Objects and Methods: We studied the product of Sulphax in the 10-day chickens. On the test, 35 varieties of birds (30 trial and 5 controlling) chicks were divided into three groups (10-10 volts each) in the first group, giving the first group of five times a dose of water therapy in five days, the second group - five, third group . The test and control bird feeding and maintenance was the same. We have observed chicks for 10 days.

40 test and 20 controlled 10-day chicks were tested to determine the effectiveness of the drug. The birds were divided into 4 groups (10 trial and 5 controlled) birds in the thoracic area of ​​the thighs in the muscles of the salmonell, the second group of Escherichi, the third group of staphylococcus and the fourth group of lethal drops of streptococcus cultures. Deadly doses of crops have been established on the same age and weight chicks before the test begins.

 

All four groups of chickpeas should be started in 4 hours after digging (2 bolus in 1 l of water) for 5 days. Control chicks were not given to the drug. Birds were observed for 10 days. Care and storage of trial and control chicks were the same.

 

Results and their consideration: Study of Sulphax's safety found that in a group of test chickens who had triple and five doses of the drug did not have a diuretic appearance, they were active and well developed. The chickens were given a dozen doses after 48-72 hours after receiving the drug were abusive impetus. These clinical signs have disappeared in a few days, and chickens are gradually becoming active and get good food.

 

The results of the experiments carried out showed that giving the antibacterial drug triple and five doses in drops did not cause a negative effect, which allows us to conclude that it is non-toxic and used in increased doses.

 

The study of the effectiveness of Sulphoic medicines showed that it protects birds from salmonolas, eshericides, staphylococcus and streptococcus cultures, giving us the basis that the test chickens were only 2 chicks. One chicken from the first group (after salmonella) after 48 hours and one chick from the second group (with the sores of the sunshine) After 72 hours Even though some birds in chickpeas had boredom and decreased appetite, it was determined that the death was not caused by the Salmon or Escheric . The above clinical signs of chickens are fast. The control group chickens were killed during 24-48 hours.

 

Conclusions:


1. Sulphoxy is a non-toxic and harmless by three-and-a-half therapeutic doses. It is safe to use in increased doses.

2. Sulphax has shown antibacterial properties. Its use is recommended in salmonellas, escherichiosis, streptococcal, staphylococcus and other bacterial diseases in birds and animals.
